I love singing in the shower. You can't start you day off right without singing with glee at the top of your lungs!

Once I asked my husband, "Baby, am I a brick house?" He dutifully said yes.

Hey! Welcome back! Yes, I kept the wedding under raps because I try to stick to knitting/crocheting themes on the blog. I know, I should lighten up. But thanks, the baby sweater now has matching socks that I'll post tonight. The wedding shawl is on the blocking board...I didn't even come close to having enough pins, so I have to spray wet the scallop edging and pin those down next. Gosh, this is my first shawl, and I'm tellin' you, it's a PROJECT! Take care.

I thought that song was "She's a freak out" until I was 22. Still applies to me some mornings...

I agree about Brick House. It makes everything better.
I actually saw Lionel Richie sing Brick House opening for Tina Turner. Complete with full afro wig, sequined suit and platform shoes. That basically raised it to one of my top 10 concerts. Made up for the fact that he opened with Hello, one of my least favorite songs ever.
