I've been sent a 'Cease and Desist' letter in regards to what I have been writing on my blog.

My main concern has always been, and continues to be my personal safety.

Now...I find I am having to fight for my First Amendment rights.

I won't back down when it comes to someone making threats against myself, and I will most definitely back down when it comes to protecting constitutional rights...

This whole USA Next vs. AARP is kind of funny.

Have you checked out USA Next's website? It's all American Flags waving, Art Linkletter writing sentimental slop, and accusations towards the AARP that USA Next is guilty of only for the right.

It's like reading an Ann Coulter book without the racism.
