How can anobody stand up for this guy when he PLAYED GOLF on TUESDAY, AFTER the levees broke, killing THOUSANDS! How can he continue to have ANY supporters? Are they just racist scum? Or stupid? Both? Really?

His supporters will keep supporting. They don't care about much of anything except legislating morality and tearing down the wall between church and state, neither of which involves or is related to people dying in New Orleans.

I keep hearing stuff about the Governor. Did she fail to approve federal help or something? And that is why Mayor Nagin was so upset.
When Nagin kept saying, "they don't know what is going on here".......did he mean that his governor was not elevating the matter and minimizing his requests?
I can't figure it out, but I have a weird feeling that she might be the one that is the true racist?
Peri, I agree that local officials were not completely blameless but the lion's share of the blame for the fiasco rests firmly on the shoulders of the Feds.
No way to know if Blanco is a racist but I don't see it in the way that BushCo is not-so-subtly racist.
Hey, who gives a rat's ass about the nigz in NO? The whole shitbag city should be allowed to sink quietly below the water, leaving a nice oil slick - mostly nigz pomade and cheap gin. I think a nice dry "country" like Namibia (sic)would be perfect to de-mold the surviving coons. In fact if they each had $25 they would be rich beyond compare in their new homeland. A case of Colt 45, a few cartons of Newports, some cheap .38s and you've got some coons ready to take charge! Then can drop that pesky "American" and just be plain old Africans. The babies will quickly learn to let the flies walk around on their bulging eyeballs and with any luck, a quick grab, and bingo Protein! The adults will learn to get the fly's wings out of their teeth, so boom! a new skill is born.
These coons are tearing up jack. Just think the whole fucking African continent can be recolonized by these repatriated coon brethren. Oh joy - Tanzania gonna have a basketball team! Oh well this daydreaming is boring even me. Ta Ta.
