Gravatar "a leather-wrapped automatic transmission"

Really? Is that extra? Can you get the muffler leather-wrapped, too?

Gravatar I believe "kid in a candy store" is the metaphor that most aptly comes to mind.

Gravatar Ex-boyfriend? Sorry.

Gravatar What a coincidence - I'm looking at a new car at the moment as well. I've already got something in mind but am waiting for the dealer to call to give me the damage. I love buying stuff - just hate the paying bit.

Gravatar Big boy car...very nice.

Gravatar There's no better feeling then driving off that lot, huh?

Gravatar Congratulations!

Gravatar Those new Kia Spectras are pretty decent cars.

I wouldn't worry about the initial depreciation. You're someone who hangs on to his car for a long time so it's pretty much a moot point. So long as the warranty stretches for the life of the car loan (or beyond if you don't want to worry about things that affect the running ability of the car yet don't fall under the powertrain warranty) you should be good to go.

Gravatar Oh and CONGRATULATIONS

Gravatar Congratulations on the new car and I wish you all the luck with it. Ex-boyfriend??? I hope all it ok.

Gravatar Congratulations on the spectacular new 'ride'. Many years of happiness in the driver's seat!

Gravatar Um ... thanks to everyone who showed concern that my boyfriend and I have broken up. But perhaps I should clarify: My EX-boyfriend (1996-2000), who is still a great regular-old friend, helped me buy my car. The current boyfriend is still very much in the picture.

Gravatar Way Cool! Congrats.

Gravatar Kia, that's my baby's name.
