Don't you remember? You used that bill to buy an anti-Palin attack ad.

Gravatar Sounds hilarious. You will be posting pics right?

Gravatar The Wiggles costumes always reminded me of the character of "Ensign Expendable" who would die, horribly, after being beamed down to some god-forsaken planet in the opening moments of every episode of "Star Trek" (Classico).

Gravatar p.s. which makes me just as dorky as the Wiggles themselves, I suppose.

Gravatar I'm impressed that you're willing to dress as a children's host, kinda like Barney or Thomas the Tank Engine, only with better outfits. I'm so glad I've never seen this group in action. (Been there, done that.)

Gravatar you can totally bye RIT dye at walgreens! i by it alllllll the time at the walgreens at belmont and broadway. it's in the laundry section.

RATS. I went to three Walgreens in Chicago this weekend, and they all told me they stopped carrying Rit dye.

Gravatar It's too late but LL Bean and Lands' End carry turtlenecks--but perhaps not in your preferred RIT colors. These folks are not as prompt as your running shoe company.

Gravatar **as aside, off topic---not blog comment**

Jake,
Levi Kreis, an out & proud Nashville musician is currrently performing @ the Goodman Theatre (through Oct 26) in MillionDollarQuartet. If you can create an opportunity to make one of the performances before your weekend trek home, jump on it.

LeviKreis is involved in the music of Del Shores' film "Southern Baptist Sissies." (Del Shores wrote and directed Sordid Lives.) I find him very talented.

Anywho, have a great trip home visiting the family, entertaining the kids, and being an art patron........Ron

Gravatar no. the one i mentioned does. i checked tonight. i bought some blue actually.

Gravatar I hope you guys learn one of their heinous songs - every time you are within close proximity to each other at the party you could break out in song. Now THAT would be scary!

Gravatar Hey Jake,

Just starting from the bottom of the list and working my way up through your blogs.

While the Wiggles may appear dorky (personally, I have no real interest in if Jeff wakes up, WHAT they do with their 'hot potatoes' or where they go in their big red car (or car of any colour, really)), but when you consider the multi-millions they are worth, well, dorkiness is but a small price to pay! *LOL*

As well, they evolved from an 80s (?) band called the Cockroaches which had moderate success, but clearly not the success they are having now.

I hope the party was a success (just checked the date, thinking it was going to be from a couple of years ago, but no, it was just this year!), and I'm sure you were a hit with the kids! *grin*

Cheers,

Pete
