Gravatar That's it? That's your "bloody, bruisy, badass knee?" Honey, you don't have street cred. You have flower-filled alleyway cred. But you just keep on keepin' on, and keep your weight on your feet.

Gravatar that wall looks about twice as high as ours.

I know the hard-as-rocks, cramped and frozen forearms/fingers from climbing... the first couple times I climbed I could barely untie and tie my shoes afterwards

Gravatar We'd call your mom to come and kiss that "bloody, bruisy, badass knee" to help make it all better. But she's probably laughing herself silly looking at the picture of that mortal wound.

And mouse nipples are very useful to baby mice.

Gravatar do you want a hello kitty band-aid for your boo-boo?

Gravatar That wall is HUGE !!! not for me .. you wouldn't catch me up there at all , except maybe to fall on Scott that would be my only reason . Your badass knee injury is not that bad you big baby . Now can you have Brad make us feel bad with more body parts !!!! PLEZZZZZ. Also you look really really good in your harness , you should ware your harness more often , maybe for the perfect domestic partner , just sayin !!

Gravatar Now I know what is meant by "getting the vapors". Whew! Pumped forearms? I feel faint.

Gravatar Next time, it might be fun (read: funny for your readers) to take pix of you trying to eat with utensils after several hours of climbing.

The first time my partner and I tried it, we went out to eat afterward. Learned a new diet plan.

But, climbing does have redeeming qualities. First, there are the harnesses.

Come to think of it, the harnesses alone would make it worthwhile.

A photo of me climbing a (real :P ) rock wall in-harness nabbed me a hubby when I posted the pic on my PlanetOut.com personal ad.

And where can we see this photo?

Gravatar great veins. I'm still amazed that you can maintain such an impressive muscle mass while marathon training... must be the protein shakes.

It's actually the fact that I'm bored with marathon training and I run once a week instead of the four times a week I should be doing. Plus in my old age, my knees and hips seem to heal slower so it hurts to run anyway. Which means less cardio and more lifting.
