LOVE the costumes!!! I'm an Iowa alumn from a few years back when the Hawkeyes still played worse than a drunken dorm intramural squad (the college football version of the good 'ole Cubbies), which was fine, because going to the games was just a partying social event waaaay up in the stands.....and we loved wearing the colors of the opposing team just to irritate fans who actually took the game seriously!

This is OT for this post, but possibly good for you, so I feel justified. I recall you having to search for your orthotics when the recent marathon cycle began, which implies that you don't wear them at all times. And perhaps you should (wear them at all times, that is). My DP has a stress fx that has now developed into osteoarthritis, and orthotics enable him to avoid (much of the) pain on a daily basis. And, maybe, if worn regularly, you'll be able to avoid injury/pain during your final marathon cycle. Check with your healthcare provider.
Out of all that fun, the thing I come away with is: you have three pairs of green shoes. Now that's bad.
Wait. Is this the same Jake who, circa mid-90s, claimed to be no sports fan while admitting he threw like a girl, AND then proving he threw like a girl? Now adorned in Sparty the Spartan green? Now tossing out sports terminology like Tyson throws haymakers? Now putting one huge foam finger in the air (no, the other foam finger)? Nah, can't be.
Yeah, I'm sure that was everyone's first impression: "that Muscle Mary in the green t-shirt looks wan."
I haven't come up with any good ideas for this year yet. Tick tock.
