I totally agree with the comment that Bill Gate and wife should invest in DDT to elimate mosquitos in Africa. However, there might be other reasons why it is not that easy to follow the U.S. method mosquitos control. Factor have to be taken in consideration on the breed of mosquitos in Africa are different than those in U.S. A more concentrated DDT might have to be used in Africa to control the mosquito issue.
The African mosquitos aren't SUPER mosquitos. DDT will kill them. And kill them effectively.
