What in the world has happened with the Republicans and states' rights? The have become the Big Federal Government party, it seems.
Very funny. But you know when it comes to environmental and energy laws one federal standard is better than a crazy quilt of state standards. Irony does not respect either party though. Note that the Democrats (Terminator doesn't count) are promoting states' rights with Calif Kyoto and RGGI. And not to block civil rights legislation this time.
