Congratulations on the great acquisition. But why? Why are you holding on to Ben Sun? This man has run that company slipshod for the past ten years. They have hemorrhaged employees during that time. They have no marketing strategy and went out and hired a vp of marketing with no online marketing experience, who has had about 8 people quit on his team, since his arrival less than a year ago.
This will be a profitable move. IF and only IF the current management there is tossed out. Congratulations otherwise.

It's a search engine like google, but just for social networks! They list thousands. I wonder how many are going to be bought, consolidate or just disappear as the market for niche social networks gets more crowded?
