The last level sees the dinosaur running through the valleys of erupting volcanoes. At the end the dinosaur runs through a cave (it's the only path at this point), where a massive boulder falls, blocking the entrance to the cave, shielding the apocalyptic doom from the cave and the dinosaur. At the end of the cave there's a big opening where there's a grassy floor (providing oxygen in the sealed cave), dinosaurs the same species as you (supposedly female, allowing your species to reproduce), several holes which small dinosaurs/birds/edible creatures pop out of (god knows where from, but they provide the food) and a pool of water (for the hydration of the dinosaurs). It's a good ending, but stupendously lucky.
