I'm a fellow Pennsylvanian and I didn't know that was the law. Thanks for the info., that is a completely screwed up statute, though not surprising considering how far right our "law and order" society has leaned in the last decade. People seem to be under the false impression that giving our rights away is the only way to prevent crime, which is not only wrong but a very dangerous idea. Great post!
