Wow! That's great.. How about overtime does he watch the time clocked in and out? Every five minutes counts at the end of the year. Has the Director updated the employees daily check list, are there time stops or do they just wonder around, and never let housekeepers measure chemicals ( they think the darker the color of the bottle with chemical the better it works WRONG it just cost more).
Question? Is the housekeeping fill stations the cleanest areas including the floor ( this should look the same as the first impression areas or better).
If you do laundry check how long they are drying items such as sheets etc.. in-service them this will help with the electric bill as well and spot check trash the CNA's take out for linen you will find that they never want to rinse out blue pads ( if i remember they are about 15-30 dollar each.
