I used to work for a nursing home, I had worked there for 15 years and I never seen my superviser or administrator telling them something nice, or something,when I came up to them with a complain, from one of the residents against some employee, I was told that the resident was trying to get attention to not put any attention to what he said, in my oppinion I think they deserve respect and love,I agree with you we shuld love them and show the respect that they deserv,I love being working with them I had learned a lot from them.
It's sad to hear these comments in this day and age...

Wow I can't believe there are even people out there like that. What was she thinking? What if her loved one was in there? Would she just shut them away? I just don't understand.
