Hi Matthew-

I was wondering if you can help me? I live in Indianapolis and am doing some research about nursing homes and would like input from people working within the field.
Here are the questions I have:

1- What are the top things you think people should look for in a nursing home?
2- What advice would you give families when they place their loved ones?
3- What do you think should be THE top factor in choosing a facility?
4- Anything else that you wish first timers knew before placing someone?

I like the post. While many people quiver at these techno goodies, I believe it's great to integrate these into our daily routines. The mere minutes we save add up to hours per year that we can better spend working on ways to impove the quality care that our residents deserve.
