You gotta post the recipe for the dough - everytime I make 'em, you could use them like hockey pucks. I knew this lebanese lady that made great mini pizzas but she never shared her recipe with ANYONE. No love, I tell ya!
I so wish: a. I lived in Saudi or b. you lived in Oman. hmmmm, are any oil co.'s hiring over there?!?

I won't tell ya'll how many of those little pizzas I ate. Sufficient to say there is not one left in the house.
Leila- you're so sweet
L- I'm thinking if we lived near each other we would either have alot of fun or get in alot of trouble. I want to come to Oman to visit, possibly in February. Mr. Man has an old college friend there and keeps asking when we are coming. So I am making the plans we'll see how it goes.
I will have to get the recipe from Noor and post it here.
