Yes to nursery school and socialization, all kids benefit from it. Also, Umar obviously hasn't read the textbooks saying that most DS children are loving, gentle-natured and kissy--or there is a little Jihad in him.

My sister didn't want to send my nephew to nursery school(only one of the ways in which she and I are opposites), but did after a play date with a little boy she later realized was a bully, but which ended with my nephew's 3-year-old self repeating like a foghorn "Bad Josh, Bad Josh, Bad Josh..." LOL

So excited about Umar! But too busy to comment more on that. I had a lil breakdown (just the usual daily ones that I do w/ that killer smile) and came home to smell the maid had cleaned my entire nice ceramic w/ a dirty mop. Luckily she is just a temp, and lives near the new teacher, so i just said as nice as possible "take her with you because I am seriously afraid I will take out all my frustrations on her".

The smell was so awful, that I didnt even get out of my abaya b4 I got out my dettol and a clean rag and went at it. All with the insanity smile that is starting to scare my kids, so I guess i will go back to my regular lifes a Bitch and then you become one attitude!

Chiara, you seem to be a character yourself and I agree w/ you that Umar must have missed the part about DS being so loving, oh well, all the more fun for us to get to hear about his adventures.

So Nzingha should I copy u that CD or u going to handle that?
