Masha'Allah! I think he is adorable too. According to his pictures he is doing the same things my son is doing and my son is two months older than him! My baby can't crawl. He can turn around on his stomach and he can scoot back but he doesn't crawl. Umar looks very alert and appears to be functioning like any other baby to me...masha'allah!

Mariam is so pretty. I sure do miss having young'uns around. My girl is almost done with college. Maybe I won't have to wait too long for grandchildren ... inexplicably, she wants a husband first, ha ha.
L- his cheeks are mine!! I swear even at 3:30 am when he tends to wake up at night I can't be upset.. I just smooch those cheeks
Laura- grandchildren are the best.. you can spoil them and leave what more can you ask for Hopefully she'll find a good husband and fill your world w/ grandbabies

And I just LOVE when they are trying to learn to crawl. Mine used to "carpet swim" - moving arms and legs randomly and scooting. That blue and white zebra-stripe onesey is too precious!
Awww mashAllah he's so sweet.It's not long before he starts to crawl. My son is a few weeks younger than yours, remember we were in the same week of our pregnancies? He'll be turning 8 months old next month.

its so cute and funny that he likes to play under the playgym. my 4 month old son is not fond of the playgym yet or any other toy. he likes interacting with people which makes it hard for me to ever put him down without him screaming.
khadija- I bribe the kids to tell me how wonderful I am all the time. So no need to pat myself on the back
Sew- Umar does carpet swimming too. So all the preperation is there, it is just time to figure out that the butt goes in the air and he can take off.
Taiba- so your little one is on the move. Hard to keep up with them.

ilka-I had a problem with Umar and everyone around him picking him up so it was a difficult transition when mama put him on the floor and he complained. He is fine now but it is just that transition time we have to bare the screaming.
he is a cutie, with such a lovely head of hair......it's great he is doing ever so well.
