OH, I've so forgotten what good customer service is living in France. Funny the diffrence btwn the two countries. Good thing there are other things in France that outweight the lack of customer service.

Yep... I also think it's funny the way AA have a very clear upselling process. Ask for a name change? Get a new credit card!

That reminds me of when I tried to change my address on my Air France ff card before moving here.
I couldn't do it online, and they didn't even have a 1-800 number for the US, so I ended up having to call their customer service desk in California. They couldn't change it for me by phone either, so they had to mail me a form and then I had to fax it back (because they didn't accept changes by mail). Makes sense, huh?
