Congrats on the "little guy!" I had always wanted a girl but ended up with 2 boys!! You will do just fine with a little boy. Remember - boys are just sooooo lovable with their Moms!

I can imagine that it would be a little shock, once you've started thinking of the baby as a she. At least the surprise is now instead of in the maternity ward!

Wow, that is a surprise! Goes to show you that maybe sometimes they shouldn't say things like "I'm 90% sure it's a girl..." when they really aren't sure! Because I think this would throw me, too. I've always wondered if I'd want to know the sex, to be honest; I know it would be hard NOT to know, but I kinda like the idea of reserving one of the few surprises in life 'til the end. But that's just me! And we'll see if it really happens...
Much congrats to you once again! And good luck in choosing a name. I'm sure you'll find the perfect one. I have some favorites myself, but I have a feeling if and when I am blessed with a baby, we may have a heck of a time choosing! And all my favorites may just fly out the window.
Well, I've now had different advice for boys ranging from "more cuddly" (I like that) to "be careful when changing nappies as they like to fire at will".
And Tim - it did become Freda for a while but the campaigning for Frodo started again last night I *will* resist the pressure.
Boys are the best! Their politics are *way* easier to figure out.
My wife came from an all girls family and had twin boys. Yes, cuddly and yes they can open fire when nappies are undone. It relates to the timing of the feeding which I no longer recall...Believe me you'll figure it out!!!!
