I think Kyle Loveless helped with this letter. I've read his stuff and his grammar and use of the language is worse than the Bode letter. And I seem to recall he worked on the Bode campaign.
Bode is a smart woman. She should fire whoever wrote this as she clearly didn't. And whoever did write it should be sent to a remedial writing course.
Doesn't Somerlyn do her fundraising? At least she did during the primary.
I was distracted from the grammar, structure, and punctuation by the tone. She whines worse than a loose fan belt.

I don't agree with the notion that she's real smart though. I've read some of her little plays for attention and they go something like this. We need more oil refineries and I've written the president and told him we do, oh and did I mention that we need more oil refineries?
Let’s see what else did she write .... oh yeah .... She says we need to lower taxes on oil companies so the poor oil companies can get by. Gee whiz …. I can’t wait until summer gets here … so I can pay $4.00 a gallon … maybe then the oil companies can help pay her bills…. If she’s not in prison by then that is.
