As the Chair of the GOP in Stephens County, I understand some of the problems with the local jail- not that I've been there- and I don't plan to go back. The reality is the mismanagement by the local Sheriff put the jail into the current status. The Dems have controled the court house since statehoood in Stephens County, but in '08 we will break the stronghold by winning the Sheriff's race.
