Hey man...anyone out there who is not a democrat. OETA is moving to become a free standing corporation free of political control and taking the equity of the taxpayers with them.
They are aligned with the east and west coast liberal thought.
The problem with Capitol reporters and their party affiliations isn't so much that they're always pro-Democrat. It's that, in spite of some stellar exceptions, they tend to be anti-Republican.
The most trustworthy reporters tend to be those who have registered as Independents. However, Marie Price, listed here as a Democrat, is one of the most balanced reporters you're likely to come across. She used to write for the Tulsa World, and her stories were always fair. Unfortunately she no longer reports from the Capitol full-time.

"Fried Green Onions," just read the coverage in the Tulsa World that comes out of the capital.
It is about as flagrantly biased as anything you'll find in the New York Times.
So, how many dozen are Republicans?
There are twice as many reporters who cover the capitol as you've listed here. What are their political registrations? What about Jennifer Mock, former capitol reporter for the Oklahoman, who is now Speaker Benge's personal press secretary?

That may have inconveniently gotten in the way of the point on this entry, which is to delegitimize whatever news coverage comes out of the press corp, thus insulating the blogger's political party from criticism.
