Bullhockey. I find this person's concerns as laughable. Not only should televangelists be investigated; churches that take government monies should all be investigated too! Funny the very people who put these politicians in, now don't want close scutiny into their finances. I'm guessing because they are spending some of this money on illegal non-citizens instead of the American citizens it was SUPPOSED to be spent on. The Southern Baptist Convention in Okla. is one who SHOULD be investigated. Ten to one they are taking gov. monies and have VOWED to defy the laws of man AND GOD! There's nothing CHRISTIAN about people who use GOD'S name to pervert and manipulate public policies in the image of their 'slave-holding' mentality. In fact, it appears that this organization are enemies to the constitution. A domestic terrorist group, if you will. No different than a muslim terrorist. Perhaps they are in business together.
An honest man would have nothing to fear. What are these churches and sidewalk preachers worried about???
BTW; Jesus paid his taxes as did his parents...WHY ARE THESE CHURCHES EXEMPT???
