No, Jenn, this bill has nothing to do with assuming responsibility for the personal health habits of citizens. It has everything to do with protecting citizens from those who do smoke and release toxic chemicals into their breathing space. Under the proposed legislation, anyone can still smoke in their home or private location, but they cannot smoke in public places or places where people work. Thus this protects citizens who are exposed to second hand smoke and their health problems that come with it.
I hope the state doesn't make it illegal for me to fart in public - sometimes my farts are pretty stinky nd might even be considered hazardous to other's health.
This is not only VIOLENTLY Unconstituional, but it is ALSO Religious Intolerance as My Jesus Christ who came to free us, beats the hell out of the Satan and nothing these guys worship. Mamonists!
