Hiding behind our independence is something we all do and it is really quite silly. If we value someone and want them to value us then we should let them see the real us. Talking is good. Honest talking is best.

you are not crazy, you are not needy, you are a woman. Don't fight your emotions! You may be feeling out of it because of the meds, but don't worry, or try not to worry. I worry at times, more often than I like about my man leaving me. And it hurts! Men are clueless when it comes to our emotions, so it's best to not over-expose your emotions to him.
