The book appears to have belonged to a certain M. Averbukh who lived in Riga (Latvia) based on the right side of the page.
The left side mentions Movsha Vulfovitch Averbukh (that would be Moshe ben Wulf)

That's not accurate. in all of my mishna brura's, the MB is written in Rashi script. This one is clearly a forgery. :)
