Gravatar Fantastic find, a gem of a book.

Gravatar The book is also available for download through archive.org, although they spell the title with only a single 'f'.

Gravatar Fred, Sephardic Haggadot end with the Al HaGefen after Hallel. No "Chasal," "L'Shana," or any of those songs, which are Ashkenazic in origin, all 1350 or so or later. The Sephardi community was dominant in London until about that point.

I'm not sure if they have Sh'foch Chamaetcha; I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't.

Gravatar It amazes me the size of the fonts they used to use. I have a book of Newspaper front pages. The 19th century fonts were around 6pt I think.

BTW, there is a playboy store ad on your haloscan :P

Gravatar I just checked; Sephardic Haggadot have S'foch Chamatecha, albeit with less verses (in some editions) than Ashkenazim.
