"English Hebrew" sounds like an oxymoron. I guess what they mean is Hebrew as typically typeset in England.

Jews were actually one of the first people to use the printing press to print Hebrew books. The reason was that doing so was extremely expensive and so publishers could only print if they knew they would sell enough copies of a book. Jews could work together to finance the creation of new fonts and type-faces, and the millions of metal characters to create a page, knowing the Hebrew book would sell amongst their communities.
