It's "Hamodia, know what thou Photoshoppest"

Come on, you're older than I am, the ony Chumash/Rashi in English they had in our days was the Silberstein edition. Olde English and all.

It's Photofhoppeft, if we're being pedantic.

Gravatar Oh my goodness!!

Which edition was this in? Looks like a keeper.

The Wolf

Gravatar This seems too "good" to be true...the source also seems to be a tad biased...when exactly did it appear?

Gravatar Thats just too funny.

Gravatar That's hilarious. I'm sure my (English-speaking) Charedi cousins will love it.

Gravatar >This seems too "good" to be true...the source also seems to be a tad biased...when exactly did it appear?

The guy says in the June 5th issue.

What, it can't be true?

Gravatar Now, this post deserves 300 comments!

Gravatar "Jesus is risible" it says.
Yeah, that IS just too funny, holy hyrax!

Gravatar Fantastic find.

"Jesus is risible" it says.

Risen is what it probably says.

Gravatar Oh, I hadn't thought of that, Natan. (smirk)

Gravatar I don't buy it, has anyone else actually seen this? If it's true, there are two possibilities. Either they photoshopped a kippah onto a stock photo, which is odd a rather odd stock photo. Alternatively, the parents are Israeli and don't speak English. This is quite plausible; the stores in the Chareidi neighbourhood where I lived sold lots of old Christmas themed stuff, and everyone bought it not knowing what it was.

Gravatar I can't stop laughing.

Gravatar Perhaps he's an Israeli "messianic" - here's an Apr Israel news report....

Gravatar Israel Channel 2 News - 23 February 2007 - google for it
