Its old Dutch and reads something like:
"Men called out with power: long live Rabbi Sabbetai Zevi. This madness was strengthened by a letter from Istanbul, saying that Elijah disguised as a Turk appeared to a Jew (who wrote this himself) promising him that he would witness the Messiah..."
