In the qoute you showed he did not say it is the medias job to make foreign policy decisions. It isn't even implied in there. And your arguments are jut you repeating speculation you have with no reference, proof, or even evidence to suggest is valid. He is tho only cadidate that does represent hope and change. And after Bush, and what will happen with McCain or Clinton, you have to admit anything is better than that, and that leaves the third guy.

A basic government lesson:
There are three branches of the United States government: the legislative (Congress), the executive (President), and the judicial (Supreme Court). They are supposed to check and balance each other. That's part of how our democracy works. Hence Obama being disturbed about the executive branch not wanting to share intelligence information even with the legislative branch ("They also don't want to share it with Congress") as being a problem because that's not how our government is supposed to work. The media, in the United States, unofficially functions as a watch dog/gatekeeper over the three branches of the government.
