Did you read about Ipoh HM? Runners were kept in the pit for 40minutes in the rain (quite heavy). Star delayed. Waiting for who? Some reported MB Perak......hopefully they wont use traffic jam as excuse...coz Ipoh is pretty much jam-less.

Teng - If it is indeed MB Perak's fault, then i got nothing to say. But if this is because of organiser, then this is not an excuse. 40 minutes under the rain is not funny.
