I seriously believe this was done on purpose, an honest mistake only happen once...in my case, 4 times!
I might had paid off some of the summons before without me realising it!
funny thing is, i never did receive any summon on my screen!!!! how can???
i've been to governments offices like EPF, SOCSO departments, JPJ....their customer services are really really really BAD. They are RUDE, LAZY and SLOW, especially lady workers! They don't care if there are long queue of customers waiting...they will just do their works slowly, relaxing, eating kacang puteh, chit chat, laugh with colleagues and keeping you waiting. Their motion are so so so damn slow. They don't know that time is so previous to us.
should have scolded her and asked to see her manager!
Dude, I suggest u bring up this matter to newspaper. Let the whole nation know about it.

Kam - i will, if they don't cancel the summons. This entry serves as prove that the documents was original, you never know if they just *delete* it from their system to save their ass.
whoaaa..i kena b4 but mine was diff. I saw him in the midst of issuing and told him i was going off..he said ok and few weeks or month later i kena saman!
Pokemon - that is why i say we must all get together and stand up for our rights...but if you did not put ticket in the first place, i can't help you. :P

Eugene - What you can do is to put a paid bill on the screen. They usually won't saman you if you are parking outside your home.
