Great to see your support. We need more people like you to publicise these so-called 'developments on hills' that become the property of a select wealthy few who can afford homes up the hill and rob the rest of us of our natural hilly & cool environments, fantastic scenery and a great recreational spot!
Suja - Melawati should just remain as it should. There is enough houses to go around, building more wont' hike up the prices of the surrounding properties prices.
Ppl love melawati for the greeneries and the scenery...not because it has more bungalow/sq feet of lands.

Hi, I went to 6 Emas too! But I think 2 yrs after you.
I did all the things that you did too, cut school to mandi dam, cycling all over M'wati and stopped by the waterfall near Daim's house, main mercun in the hutan in Kemensah, caught fishes in the river etc.
Sigh, Melawati is being slowly destroyed. All for money's sake.
Amberhill, 20Trees, Kemensah Riverview, now the IJM/IGB corp. project that will turn the WHOLE phase 3 hill into bungalows, only the driving range is spared.
K9 - dude...sad but true, melawti is no longer tha last green frontier in KL. It's sitting on prime land, and even the national zoo might be relocated in the next 5 to 10 years...wait and see.
