I went for a big bike today as well, along a very pleasant verdant trail with Kep. We rode to Amherst, about 25 miles, and I'm pleased to say that I quite kept up with my Crewbie chum. We'll have to do some biking when I get home- I'd nearly forgotten how much fun it is.

Will try to have "big bike" equiptment on hand for "thevisit" but don't expect we two to do any 25 miles!
