That's true about having minorities on the court. Although, I do think Earl Warren had something to do with what the Warren Court was, too.

What silliness ! Your grasp of Scotus history seems to start in the late 60s. You ignore the decisions
of Hugo Black, Earl Warren and Bill Douglas as if they were closet racists mouthing their views of
the law because of Marshall's scowling presence on the bench.
