Ya'll assume he was actually guilty of the crime he was convicted of.

Here's hoping all death penalty supporters find themselves wrongly accused, convicted, and spend their last moments contemplating their facination with death.

Well.. maybe not have that actually happen.. but just imagine it, if that's possible.

Rich in MT.. you seem to think a conviction actually means the person committed the crime?

Do you have any idea how many people have been exonerated due to new developments in DNA testing? Do you even know why Illinois has an indefinate moritorium on the death penalty?

Oh.. it would just be one of life's little ironies if Ox found himself on death row, falsely convicted in some bad situation that occurred with his own firearm...

You can't dig up a falsely executed prisoner and send him on his way, but you can sure as hell let one out of prison.
