I had this on my blog and scored an 18 then somehow messed it up when I went to post it and scored a 13 the second time. I guess I lost some of my nerdiness along the way : )

You don't know me but I was referred to your blog from Lisa Whelchel's site. I feel a connection with you because my husband is also a pastor over the worship purpose in our church (I think they know eachother) and my 3 yr. old son was born with a serious heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallot. He had open heart surgery on his 5 month birthday. He's doing great but may need another open heart surgery down the road. He was also born with a pelvic kidney and an extra digit on his right hand which was surgically removed when he was 16 months old. We also just had a baby girl born on March 21. She is healthy 
. Just wanted to let you know I've been there and understand what your going through. It was and will continue to be the hardest thing for me to go through but without sounding trite God is faithful. Hang in there and keep trusting in him.

I don't know if I'm upset or not. I scored 28. Is that good? Is that bad? I could deal with the number but then it said I'm not really very nerdy but I'm also not really very hip. Is that good? Is that bad?
I got a 34 on the nerd scale, so I'm right there with you. No clue who the guys in the pics were! I just picked whichever name best fit each of their faces.

This precious baby that weighs only 2 1/2 pounds will be having surgery today or tomorrow on her heart. I was a 4, but I think it was based on lack of a crafty gene and hating science rather than non-nerdinessI might not be able to stay friends, though...afterall, it seems I have a "coolness" reputation to protect! Who knew?
ok - i gotta go take that test. but I know I would ALWAYS choose the U2 concert!!! And i do NOT crochet. But I do blog until the wee hours of the night when I really should sleep.
Love the post and the test...hilarious! I only scored a 6, but I think I'm way more of a nerd than that! I absolutely love filling out medical forms or questionnaires of any kind. And lists...I am a habitual list maker. I've always got a list of something going...whether it's a grocery list or list of stuff I have to do, or want to get done...they are everywhere!

Okay I took the nerd test I scored a 45...I'm on the computer all day if I didnt' have toddlers I'd be on it 24/7. I am always checking out the spelling...A missionary at our church handed out her prayer cards and I emailed her with the spelling errors...
Oh my goodness, this made me laugh out loud--I LOVE filling out medical forms, and spelling errors on billboards? Sends me into ORBIT.

I'm glad you're close to nerd-level. I certainly wouldn't want you to be "hip". Think about how weird you would think I am if you were "cool"! It just wouldn't work for us, and I think we have a pretty good thing going, you and I!

I'm shocked I got an 18. I swear I thought it'd be way high. Regardless of the score I know the truth. As does anyone else who knows me - like my kids....
don't know where you found this - too funny. If I'd taken chemistry I might have scored higher. If Dad had been awake to help me cheat it WOULD have been higher, as I'm confident engineers probably score pretty high. You know, those slide rulers in their front shirt pockets...
Well, it looks like I have the low score so far with a "7" but I think some of my younger, hipper friends would disagree with that score. Or, maybe they've been rubbing off on me!
I'm reading this at 6:35 in the morning my time! Does that count?
'Kay, I bit, too. I scored 38. I crochet, love to read, love to blog and blog surf, and it's almost 1 am my time. Nerdy-ness is creeping up on me, in spite of myself. Of course, "hip" when used in describing me has nothing to do with fashion, and all to do with how big they are, as in, "You know, she's very hippy, don't you think?"
The test is rigged ... 72 ... hahahahahahahaha. I'm good at picture identification, maybe?? hahahahahaha! And I can't crochet. I make granny-squircles. Not a circle, not a square ... but yes, its 11:22 my time, and I'm blogging. So, maybe it's true.
