Sarah- I just found your site today and was so touched by what you've written about your experiences with your sweet daughter. I read your post about what we are given and "able to bear" and I thought (maybe presumptuously) I'd share a scripture I love in 1 Kings 19: 4-8. It's about Elijah the prophet. At a certain point an angel comes to give him food to sustain him, and the second time it happens he is told it is because the journey ahead of him is too great for him. So God speed your angels. I'm sure there are many around you and Addison.

Sarah, Addison is till being lifted in prayer for her fever.I am so thankful she was able to smile at you so you would feel that comfort. God is so good and I will pray that she will be able to go home tomorrow.

Praise God for a safe surgery... and we'll keep praying for a safe recovery. There's no better place for your hearts than in God's hands. When you can't do anything else, just be still and know that He is God.

How awesome those smiles are! Though I will be honest the little giggles and smiles while they are nursing have to be my absolute favorites. I will tickle Logan's side just for one of those special smiles -- and he's over two.

Thanks so much for posting an up-date on Addison because although we've just "met" you have all been on my heart so much these past few days. God is so good. We'll continue to pray that the fever will be gone soon with no infection at all and that you will all be able to go home as planned. with love and prayers
I've been checking every couple of hours, hoping for an update on your little sweetie. How wonderful to read that she's doing so well! Truly God's hand is on her. Will continue to pray and to praise. 
Thanks for posting an update to share the good news with us. I will be praying that the temperature spike is a "non-issue". Praise God for the blessings you've received already! What a joy to get to see your precious Addison smile.
