God Bless you! I have really learned something from this about "waiting on the Lord." After I read your original comment to Sarah, I was mad. I wrote you a "here's what you need to think about" type of response. Before I sent it, I had my husband read it (poor guy, with no background on this). He said: "Well, it's got a good message to it and is convincing. But it's a little...intense." Just a little intense? I thought, "Oh, well I can live with that,"and I had my index finger right on the mouse, a nano-second from clicking "Publish." But the Lord stopped me. He convicted me it was not the right thing to do. So I (grudgingly) didn't send it. Now I know why. God is always moving, and sometimes we just need to sit on our hands and wait.
I don't know you, but I'm truly proud of you. What a great message for spring -- on renewal, forgiveness and hope. It warms my heart that Sarah will have your message in her blog. Thank you! And I'm sorry I almost sent you a snitty note.

Praise the Lord. It is so hard and challenging when these precious little ones are sick. I cannot imagine the events you experienced today. I do know that when I read the request for prayer...I was confident Addison would be okay. He has a special plan for this child. Thank you Jesus for answered prayer!

Imagine your blog friends walking into the hospital room, holding hands in a circle around you all, and praying specifically for Addie. Because that's really what we're doing. Well, only picture that if it doesn't make you feel like we're a creepy cult or something. If so, forget the visual. I can't figure out how to put a smiley face on here, so if you can, imagine that too.

I will be praying for Addison. My 10 year old son has pnumonia as well this week and he is miserable. Was too sick to celebrate his birthday.
I'll be praying she responds well to the drugs and gets some rest.

You got it, lady! You know you guys are family to me. Your precious gentlemen were so well-behaved today, I thought it necessary to buy them milkshakes. Other than that, we have just been hanging out here since 1130-ish. Hope everything is going as well as can be expected. Talk to you soon. Janae told me to bring an overnight back just in case, so I can spend the night if need be, just let me know.
Addie is at the top of my prayer list. I am flying to El Paso via DFW tomorrow. I will look out on the city and think of you. Thanks for including us!
How sweet of you to stop in the midst of all that and update us! Goodness girl, do you ever get tired? I am so thankful, though, to hear Addie is stable and doing better. You sound peaceful, too. I'm glad.
