I did not realize, before last year, that sweet potato vine is what is used in many flowering pots as a trailing vine. I bought one for the pot we have on the front porch and already love mine too!

It's really pretty, Sarah. This instantly made me remember when I'd stick a sweet potato in a glass of water and grow petty foliage. I don't remember it being purple like yours though.
