Gravatar Just another 'trivial' breach for someone who ought to know better I guess Ross.

When you've been bending the rules and 'organizing' things for as long Dobranos has, a little judicial slap on the wrist doesn't mean much.

Isn't this the same guy who bragged about directing folks in his office to delete 'everything' from their in-boxes?

Some intresting echoes about FOI from something I recalled from a few years back too.

Jessica MacDonald to the contrary, Ken Dobell has a lot to answer for. Despite all the 'organizing' in the CEO's office things seem to be coming a bit un-stuck these days....

You can catch up on more of Mr Dobell's "Deep Thoughts" here:

Apparently, yes.

"....the premier's multi-tasking assistant Ken Dobell startled an FOI conference in 2003 by announcing frankly that "I delete my email all the time as fast as I can." (Privacy commissioner David) Loukidelis later reprimanded Dobell for publicly admitting he avoids taking notes so they aren't uncovered by reporters under FOI."
