Just another 'trivial' breach for someone who ought to know better I guess Ross.
When you've been bending the rules and 'organizing' things for as long Dobranos has, a little judicial slap on the wrist doesn't mean much.
Isn't this the same guy who bragged about directing folks in his office to delete 'everything' from their in-boxes?
Some intresting echoes about FOI from something I recalled from a few years back too.
Jessica MacDonald to the contrary, Ken Dobell has a lot to answer for. Despite all the 'organizing' in the CEO's office things seem to be coming a bit un-stuck these days....

Apparently, yes.
"....the premier's multi-tasking assistant Ken Dobell startled an FOI conference in 2003 by announcing frankly that "I delete my email all the time as fast as I can."
