we had contractors cleaning out our cellar to renovate it when i lived on crawford and we were all hung and they asked one roommate if they could just throw everything out and roommate says yes not thinking that gee all that stuff is actually our storage items, so hundreds of dollars worth of luggage (mine) was tossed out! tip: don't go on a bender when contractors are due to show up at 8am.

We had a contractor in last week to do some painting. He was a small, round man with small, round palms - seriously, after shaking hands I was like "Did you just get stung by a bee?"

He was worth his fee, though, just for the Oompa Loompa vibe alone.
