This is very cool. A lady in the Wimberley area has been working on something similar, called Bountiful Sprout. By the way, just got back from vacation and saw your little video on the keyhole gardens. I had the same thought as you - that would have to be great for the hill country! If only I could figure out how to make it deer-proof!
