Yey. My blog momma, the batshit crazy Livey, got me started and it has been fun. I write for several reasons-and lately have not written much just mostly linking- but none of them are for money. I do have a site meter and hell yeah my head swells when I get a lot of hits or when I see something that I have written has been linked. But being able to communicate with some great people all over the world is the best part of it.

You are so right about blogging. It is a medium for self expression. Some of us blog for political rantings, for social justice, or about the kids little leaque. And that is the great thing about blogging, it can be anything YOU want it to be.

I've stopped going to Hog on Ice as much, because Steve, it seems to me, has started taking himself and his pronouncements a tad to seriously. Who died and left him in charge, anyway?

I blog because I love writing... and my blog has led me to MANY new friends (you, included). When I stop making friends, reading interesting new stuff, when it stops being fun, that's when I'll quit.
