Gravatar sweetthing uses Rapella fillet knives for her kitchen knives..the four inch blades make a great paring knife and the longer blades are good for carving. I also have some Dexter Russel boning knives that are great carving and butcher knives..


Gravatar I am so jealous of your "steal!" I really need to get a couple of knives.... I don't want one of those knife sets in a wooden block, just a couple of good quality ones for food prep...
I've never tried the mccormick garlic but I'll have to buy a jar to keep for "just in case...." (I usually use fresh but sometimes run out)


Gravatar I've got ONE knife that stays sharp, and it's a itty bitty one. I really need to find a couple bigger ones! The pasta recipe sounds delish,,,I think I'll try it tonight!
