I'm pretty much hooked on Food Network. I have an imaginary love affair going on with Alton Brown in my head.

As far as cooking for my not-so-better-half when I'm going on a business trip... Puuuulease.....there's a friggin Subway with $5.00 footlongs connected to a convenient store that sells pints of icecream and Mountain Dew... He can fend for himself.

I do make homemade icecream (mmmmmmmmm) but couldn't imagine making it unless I was going to be there to consume it, too!
