We made the paper?
They should feel priveleged that we acknowledge them at all. I mean, it wasn't an unpleasant article, by Globe-Republican standards. But that fish-wrapper masquerading as an advertising supplement barely makes any pretense of doing journalism.
Ya, they got color graphics; they got advertisers; they got subscribers; they got paper carriers; they got a wealthy publisher and underpaid writers. They have all the trappings of a genuine newspaper. But if you want stuff that has nothing to do with money and trappings, like integrity, honesty, and occasionally even genuine inspiration, stick with us, bucko.
