There's actually nothing to "not installing software."
Miller takes advantage of fairly old HTML Help exploits; by old meaning it has been long patched. But unsavvy users don't know what keeping up with the latest patches means, so it is still valid. I would estimate roughly 90%+ of home Windows users don't. It takes buying a new computer with a new version of Windows to keep them safe (if they have so much money I would not mind them giving that money to me).
As an IE user and using a limited account, these things don't affect me. Tested on unpatched system with restricted account and surely it was unable to do anything (verifying that the admin account got compromised).

So crazy toolbar.com is making a comeback,
problem with not installing stuff
is i find %75/80 of people are not really Computer savvy ...
a bit like the person who knows they have to fuel a Car but has not idea about Oil and water and stuff like that...

Its still dead, thankfully. But these things have a nasty habit of rising from the grave. And what exactly has happened to iowrestling.com? That was a wonderful source of rubbishy installers!
